- Personal Information Provided by You: names, email addresses, billing addresses, debit/credit card numbers
- Sensitive Information: Payment data is collected and processed by Stripe (Stripe Privacy Notice). We do not store full card details ourselves.
All personal information must be accurate, complete, and updated.
Information automatically collected
When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically. This may include:
- Log and Usage Data: service-related and diagnostic information such as pages visited, navigation, device events, and errors.
- Device Data: device type, IP address, browser type, operating system, and similar technical information.
- Approximate Location: general location derived from your IP address (for example, by analytics). This is not precise GPS location.
Most of this is collected through cookies and analytics technologies. See Section 6 for details and your choices.
2. How Do We Process Your Information?
We process personal information to provide, improve, administer our Services, communicate, ensure security, and comply with law. Examples include:
- Delivering services requested
- Responding to inquiries and support requests
- Sending administrative information
- Enabling user-to-user communications
- Requesting feedback
- Sending marketing communications (opt-out anytime)
- Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it (analytics, with your consent)
- Protecting our Services and identifying usage trends
3. Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal information based on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or vital interests under the EU GDPR and, where applicable, the UK GDPR. Where we rely on consent (for example, for analytics cookies), you may withdraw it at any time.
4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?
We share information with:
- Payment processors: Stripe, to handle payments.
- Analytics and hosting providers: Google (Google Analytics 4) and Vercel Inc. (website hosting and cookieless analytics). See Section 6.
- Business transfers during mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
- Other users if you share information publicly on the Services.
5. Stance on Third-Party Websites
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked or advertised on our Services. Review their policies directly.
6. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We use a limited set of cookies and analytics technologies, and we ask for your consent before loading anything that is not strictly necessary.
Consent banner
When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Decline analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are not loaded until you click Accept, and if you Decline, they are not loaded at all. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not ask again on future visits. You can change your decision at any time by clearing the saved site data for tradergibkey.eu in your browser, which will bring the banner back.
Google Analytics 4
If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser type, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. This data is processed by Google and may be transferred to servers outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses). Legal basis: your consent. For more, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Vercel Analytics
We also use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool provided by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc. It measures aggregate page views and performance without using cookies, without tracking you across sites, and without collecting information that identifies you personally. Because it does not use cookies or process personal data in an identifying way, it runs without requiring consent.
Hosting and server logs
Our site is hosted by Vercel Inc. As with most hosting providers, Vercel automatically processes technical information (including IP addresses and request logs) as needed to deliver and secure the website.
7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, generally no longer than one year unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We implement appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Information from Minors
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location (for example the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. To withdraw consent for analytics, decline via the cookie banner or clear the saved site data in your browser.
To make a request, contact us through our contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Controls for Do-Not-Track
We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals, as no uniform standard has been adopted. Our consent banner gives you direct control over analytics.

We may update this notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date above.
